Industra.Coffee in Prague is real! Do you get it? We would never have thought of it but our friends from the best chop shop 1981 Second Hand offered us a space and so it happened. Visit us in our “garage” with a cool backyard and summer coffees. Looking forward to it Praha!
INDUSTRA.COFFEE Ráječek Pop-up
Ráječek Farm is a matter of the heart. The Sklenář family has been growing vegetables here for several generations and recently opened a shop selling not only their own vegetables but also the best Brno products from bread to ice cream. In the historic building of the former radio station you will find our pop-up café from May to October, always on Fridays and Saturdays. We serve our own desserts, Saturday brunches and freshly brewed coffee. You can sit in a deckchair in the fresh air, right next to the salad field. During the season, we’ll have several cool events for you, such as BBQ, concerts and Autumn Festival. Bring the kids and the dogs. We have a playground, sandpit and plenty of seating in the shade.

Budova KUMST na ulici Údolní skrývá nádherný dvorek, o kterém málokdo ví! Svými květinami ho vyzdobili holky z Kvítka v Bytě – které mají hned u dvorku svůj obchůdek a keramický ateliér. Pojďte si užít skvělou zašívárnu přímo v centru města. V horku je tady stín a chládek a v dešti nás tady nenajdete, protože náš pop-up je celý venku.
Máme tady kafe, sladkosti, limču i zrnkovou kávu nadoma.

Yes, in March 2021 we moved from our original location – Rovner Freezers at Masná 9. Maybe you’ve never been there and maybe you’re one of those people who loved Sunday brunch every Sunday. Either way, this was unfortunately inevitable as our lease was up.
The tenant decided not to renew it and we had to find a “new home” within two weeks. The opportunity arose to prepare and roast coffee in Zbrojovka, so we took the opportunity by the scruff of the neck! We were only closed for two weeks due to the move and we’re ramping things up.
Who stands behind INDUSTRA.COFFEE
They met before they went to work in prestigious London cafes in 2011. Adam shot thousands of coffees for Taylor Street Baristas and Petra brewed great food and coffee for Prufrock Coffee.
In 2013, they founded Industra Coffee together, originally at Masná 9 in Brno’s industrial zone. To everyone’s surprise, a lot of people started coming to their café at the worst address (once even Dara Rolins, Maxim Velčovský, Jana Kirschner, Lukáš Hejlík or Shopaholic Nikol) and the café became a legend among Czech cafés. For almost four years, Petra and Adam endured it alone in the café every day. Today they have a great group of helpers <3
In March 2021, the café had to move to Nová Zbrojovka, where together with their team they are setting up a coffee roastery.
Milan is the most proper Slovakian guy who will make you a great coffee not only from the coffee machine, but also from our 12 kg Diedrich roaster.
Kája is smiling from ear to ear and she packs all the coffee packages! Wendy’s hands in the flour make magic with your favourite cakes and pies. Vojta’s enthusiasm for science and coffee will show you that making coffee is a universe.
Vitek’s humor will get you out of your chair. Tom is so fast you can’t even see him!
