TC 100 collection small bowl400 ml

The "Bauhaus" style bowl for muesli, compote, nuts or small soup will decorate your table for many years. Made of high-quality thick-walled porcelain, it is dishwasher safe and stackable. It has a volume of 400 ml, a height of 54 mm and a diameter of 138 mm. The "TC 100" range was designed by Nick Roericht in 1959 as his diploma thesis at the HfG, the design school in Ulm. The stackable tableware, which was primarily intended for large-scale dining, has become an icon of HfG design and was even included in the permanent collection of the famous Museum of Modern Art in New York. The special feature lies in the shape: the individual pieces can be perfectly stacked on top of each other and are therefore easy to store. "Thinking in systems" is, as Roericht himself says, one of the most distinctive characteristics of the design college. The design of tableware was probably the most complex systemic example of the Ulm School at the time. Roericht attached special importance to elegance and simplicity, which is reflected in his products of the TC100 collection.
